By downloading or using the Dstoneworld Vendor App (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
- 1. Use of the Application
- By installing or using the App, you automatically accept these Terms.
- You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the App.
- All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the App belong to Colourmoon Technologies Pvt Ltd.
- 2. App Functionality & Updates
- Colourmoon Technologies aims to keep the App functional, efficient, and up to date for vendors.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
- We may introduce paid features or services in the future, but we will clearly communicate any applicable charges in advance.
- By using the App, you agree to install updates whenever they are provided.
- 3. Vendor Data & Privacy
- The App stores and processes vendor information and personal data necessary to operate vendor services.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access.
- Do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may weaken security and cause the App to function incorrectly.
- 4. Internet Connectivity
- Certain App features require an active internet connection.
- Whether using Wi-Fi or mobile data, Colourmoon Technologies is not responsible if the App fails due to lack of connectivity or insufficient data balance.
- 5. Mobile Network Charges
- If you use the App without Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage or roaming.
- By using the App, you accept responsibility for these charges.
- If you are not the owner of the device’s billing account, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the App.
- 6. Vendor Responsibilities
- Ensure your device remains charged and operational.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Provide accurate information on listings, pricing, inventory, and communication through the App.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activities using the App.
- Colourmoon Technologies is not responsible for issues caused by:
- • Device battery failure
- • Incorrect vendor data
- • Misuse of the App
- • Technical issues caused by third-party services or providers
- 7. Third-Party Information & Liability
- Some App features may rely on data from third-party sources.
- Although we aim to provide accurate information, Colourmoon Technologies is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from reliance on third-party data or functionality.
- 8. Termination of Access
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for policy violations, misuse, fraudulent activities, or technical maintenance.
- Upon termination:
- • Your rights to use the App end immediately.
- • You must stop using and delete the App from your device.
- 9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- These Terms may be updated periodically.
- Vendors are advised to review the Terms regularly.
- Any changes take effect immediately upon posting within the App or on our website.
