Refund Policy
D Stone World is the intermediate between tile buyers and suppliers/manufacturers. We are not involved in the shipping process.
The buyer and supplier must discuss shipping method, cost, and other terms in advance before proceeding the transaction.
D stone World will not be liable for any delay in the shipping or goods damage occurred while in transit to the buyer. After you make the payment, we do not guarantee a refund. It's based on the tiles manufacturer's policy.
The cancellation and refund of the money is possible only if both parties (supplier and buyer) agree with it. If the buyer receives damaged or defective goods and the supplier agrees to return & refund, the buyer must deliver goods in the original condition.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – D Stone World
D Stone World acts only as an intermediary between tile buyers and suppliers/manufacturers. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship products, and therefore cancellation approval depends entirely on the supplier/manufacturer.
A cancellation request must be submitted before the supplier has dispatched or processed the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
All cancellation requests will be forwarded to the respective supplier/manufacturer. The order will be cancelled only if the supplier agrees to the cancellation.
If the supplier approves the cancellation, the buyer must ensure that no further processing or shipping arrangement has taken place on their side.
If any advance payment has been made, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the supplier's refund policy, not D Stone World's. D Stone World does not guarantee refunds for cancelled orders unless the supplier authorizes it.
For products that are received damaged or defective, cancellation or return is only possible if the supplier/manufacturer accepts the complaint and agrees to provide a replacement or refund.
Buyers are responsible for verifying product details, quantity, pricing, and delivery terms before confirming the order, as incorrect orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
D Stone World will not be responsible for delays, disputes, or refusals related to cancellations, as the final decision lies with the supplier/manufacturer.
